here we go: mindomo.
The maps look nice, you can share the mindmaps youtube style, including ranking them. Nice touch. Will have to check mindomo out and compare them to the other online mindmappers.

I love doodle.ch. A great way to prepare meetings. Easy to use, no signup required, it’s a doddle. A no-brainer.

Ha, the 64.000$ question. (btw: who came up with that amount?
)
Looking at the online MindMappers, including another entrant called comapping .com, the most interesting distinction between the contestants is the business model. Mind42 is still beta and MindMeister offers free basic functionalities plus a premium service. Comapping only offers a 30 day free trial period…

We love using Freemind, it’s pretty stable, quick, versatile and runs on all major OSes (Mac, Linux and Windoze). Freemind keeps improving and looks better and better..
Now welcome the online collaborative mind mapping: on one side we have Mind42.com using Google talk and on the other side we have MindMeister.com using Skype. Why not using the an online version of FreeMind? It’s Java.
We’ll check them out and compare them to FreeMind. More soon.

… but hopefully soon. Another video I like to recommend and therefore publish here to make my life easier. Most viewers immediately gather how it worls and what the gestures of the presenters can do – despite the incredible speed of the presentation That alone should tell us that this interface is much more intuitive than anything currently on the market.
BTW – when posting the youtube clip I just realized that the wordpress developers have greatly eased the video publishing. I always had trouble with those square brackets on y Mac. Thanks guys.

… because I never find it when I need it. OK it’s here somewhere or here directly. Is Flickr any good for photos. Course it is, I have an account there. How are the competitiors? Don’t know. Zooomr seems in permanent beta stage, or is that alpha? Of course there are plenty of others, even Google upgraded it’s Picasa service. You now have 1GB free, which is a lot really. Well let’s wait and see – for now Flickr looks and feels better for sharing.
Oh, forgot to write, that the flickr badge doesn’t work with wordpress.com. There is however a flickr widget, unfortunately less flexible. But hey, who is complaining?
